With thisRuneScape gold setup you're going to be assaulted when you enter, but just run with protect magic on into the Zamorak part round the ruined ice bridge. Here's what you need to do (for cash and adequate xp per hour): 53-63 search gray chinchompas, it is about 50-60k xp per hour and about umm 150k money per hour (sorry if amounts are wrong but because I got 99 a year ago, I don't know the specific numbers) 63-83(-91 - 99) crimson chinchompas, around 65k xp per hour at 63, goes upto 95k xp at 99 and roughly 230k money per hour ( assuming you catch the typical 350 chins each hour). In 83 and 91 you get the ability to hunt dragon and kingly implings, respectively.

I strongly recommend getting 91 hunter if not 99 for a making a nice quantity of cash per hour. It is likely to receive 4 kinglys' per hour in Puro Puro, but it's more like 1 (depends on fortune and just how good you are at spawning). Even if you do catch only one kingly, it is 800k + ~500k out of magpies/ninjas/dragon implings you capture, letting you make ~1.3m cash per hour ( greater than RC though it really depends upon your luck/other seekers ). For the record I have made 4m cash in 1 hour through impling spawning. On the other hand, implings are very bad xp each hour, so if you want 99, hunt chinchompas/salamanders/butterflies(in case you havebuy RS gold the necessary agility level).
