I would love to train my ranging on the ankous

I'm preparedRuneScape gold to utilize Fire Wave, since I have over 1k blood runes, but I'd rather not use all those up. Also sort of running short on Chaos, and that I read in the grand scheme of things Fireplace Wave is much more profitable than Bolt+Gauntlets due to higher average harm. If memory serves me properly, maging and ranging aren't that different in effectiveness. However, I doubt my memory will serve me correctly, since this was quite long ago. And I was lower mage and return then. 83 magical now. Employing those bolts would kind of defeat the purpose of ranging them. Since I wish to save money by not using blood runes and all. I simply made a decision to utilize Fire Wave and I am hitting quite a bit more frequently than I thought I would. I even killed a steel dragon pretty quick a second ago. I certainly made the right choice. Thanks anyway guys.

I had been at level 40 ranging, and I'd like to get to around level 50+ that range. To train my melee (att: 71, str: 72, def: 70), I struggled ankous, since ankous offer excellent drops (law runes, adamant arrows, rune essence, mithril ore, etc.). Obtaining1900 adamant arrows out of ankou drops, I am now able to train my Ranging. But while coaching that range, I'd like to find something else in the meanwhile (e.g. getting great drops fighting ankous while coaching melee).

I would love to train my ranging on the ankous, but my defense while sporting ranging armor would not stand up against ankous. Wearing full rune armor, I am fine whilst training my melee fighting ankous - but wearing full green dragonhide armor to train Ranging against ankous, I would run from lobsters too quickly. I have been at thebuy School RuneScape Gold crafting guild, training that range on cows. Equipped using green dragonhide armor (and carrrying along 1 needle, plenty of thread, plenty of gold, and a brown apron), I have been working on training up my ranging, however I also train my prayer (now level 53) together with the bones, and catch the cowhides until my knapsack has 24 cowhides.
