RuneScape - When I've gotten my melee skills to 75

When I've got my melee skill to 75, I will have 5mil. I'm training on tortoises in the gnome's stronghold, asOSRS GP they have high HP as well as low attack. They're not a good investment however they've given me a quick in xp sofar. I'm only planning on using melee combat (no range or mage).

I thought about buying barrow armour, but then I realized it gets degraded over time. This would mean spending a lot of money to buy it again. If anyone has suggestions regarding how Ican level up my three melee skills to 80 and earn moneyfrom it, please tell me!

So I've purchased 3 months of membership after having taken a two year break. I'm about halfway through the first month, and I went from melee skill level 60 to level 70, except attack, which is now 72. I'm planning to work on attack, strength and defence up to 75 before going to the Taverly dungeon for some money by stealing blue dragons. Before I get to blue dragons, I'd prefer to purchase better armour and weapons if I can. I'd like to know what I should buy for my equipment.
