It's frustrating to be on a team

It's frustrating to be on a team that's doing this well, and then the game suddenly ends. Does someone have a possible explanation for why the match ends after round two? When your team is succeeding so well, wouldn't the people in your staff all want to move to rounds 3-6? Or, is there something that I do not know about, where people just wish to play with the air and head runecrafting altars?
