NBA 2K22 is a very well-constructed video game inNBA2kinggeneral and previous series have also been very good. I am of the opinion that PS5 as well as Xbox Series X owners should absolutely get the game due to the improved graphics and the brand new My Player mode story alone.
If gamers own the PS4 or Xbox One though, I am not sure I would buy the game this year. The PS4 version looks like they had the same game as last year, as a template and duplicated it. In the end, if players love the game and have an PS4 or Xbox One, by all means, get it, but it looks like they didn't bother trying to improve anything that was available on older consoles.
If gamers want to purchase the game on the Nintendo Switch, I would be patient until the game goes on sale at stores or via the Nintendo E-Shop. It's still the most popular NBA game released to date and last year's edition attracted a number from negative feedback on Metacritic from users.
