That is returning for NBA 2K MT. During the life span of NBA 2K20, we collected telemetry data that gave us a thorough breakdown of what badges individuals were arming for specific construct types, and which ones weren't being used just as much. This was really beneficial in helping us tune the badges to get NBA 2K21. I believe that you'll discover that more badges will have merit and fight for a spot on your badge loadout, providing you more powerful tools to take over games in a more varied fashion.
And here is some fantastic news I understand the community will love. We eliminated Quick Draw and place release speed back to the Jump Shot Creator. So that is 1 thing you won't need to waste your precious badge points on. As always, I want to give a massive shout out to all the gameplay engineers and manufacturers, as well as the talented team at VC South, that worked (and are still functioning ) tirelessly to provide the best basketball game to date. The current gen versions of NBA 2K21 are a step ahead for hoops that are virtual, and stay tuned in the coming months for all of the goodies we have in store for you on the next gen platforms.
However, until then, thanks so much to all of you for your continuing support and comments year in and year out. NBA 2K has ever been a collaboration involving the most passionate fans and dedicated developers in the industry, and we couldn't do what we do with you! Stay secure and healthy, and we'll see you in the virtual streets!
Try out NBA 2K21's new gameplay controllers with its demo in two weeks
NBA 2K21 will get a free demonstration Aug. 24 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and together with it, players can try out the overhauled"Guru Stick," the right thumbstick commands which for the past decade have completed everything from shoot shots into juke, fake, and add razzle dazzle to somebody's dribble moves. Mike Wang, Visual Concepts' gameplay manager for the NBA 2K series, dug to the Pro Stick changes in a post Thursday that declared the availability of the demo. Taking a shot using the Pro Stick (a button command also begins a shooter ) is now done by holding the proper stick down, only. In past versions of this game, an individual could hold the stick in any direction, and it would cue a shot effort that is context-appropriate. That holds true for beginning layups and dunks.
Additionally, Wang says NBA 2K21's Pro Stick will reestablish something that was attempted four decades ago and did not really work: coordinating with the shot stick. In this year's game, when players take a shot with the Pro Stick, the timing window that is recognizable will change to a mini-targeting system. "So rather than attempting to block the shot meter when you get to the ideal release window, you fix the Guru Stick in real time to reach the ideal centre aim point," Wang explained. "The target window resizes dynamically based on player ability, shooting range, and how well the shot is contested, and may also shift to the left or right depending onBuy 2K MT the shot's degree of difficulty."
