All fish needRS gold to keep underwater. You can not go out of the water with it following you or in your inventory. Speak to the Fish Tamer to give him the fish. You may have just one fish at a time even if the fish is with the tamer. Why you can't set them in the lender either is because you need to give them into the Fish Tamer.
You can also have a home submerged in Mogrin. Your dungeon will be temporarily removed until you move your house to a place which isn't underwater. Having a home in Mogrin unlocks a new feature for the PoH. When you are in Mogrin you can add an aquarium to your PoH. When you move your property, it will still be there and you'll be able to upgrade your aquarium objects but you can't create another aquarium till you move back to Mogrin.
To create an aquarium, then you should have level 54 structure. When you put in your aquarium, then you will understand a hotspot which resembles a large fish tank. To create it you must have level 54 structure, 3 regular planks, 8 claws and 4 molten glass bits. This way you can have 5 little fish or a single medium sized fish. To get them, go to the Fish Tamer. The Grand Exchange allows for quick and speedy trading through different worlds so would not it be nice if you could also lend and rent items across worlds also? You would have the ability to offer your items up for renting or simply for free if you really feel like it and another person who suits your offer can lease that item out foro the specified time. The standbuy RS gold could be only located on the Grand Exchange and you'd be permitted to give an item and request to borrow an item.
