Mike Wang, Visual Concepts' gameplay manager for the 2K MT series, dug into the Pro Stick changes in a blog post Thursday morning that announced the demo's availability. Taking a shot with the Pro Stick (a button control also begins a shot) is now achieved by holding the right stick down, just. In past versions of this game, an individual could hold the stick in any way, and it might cue a context-appropriate shot effort. That holds true for beginning layups and dunks.

"So rather than trying to block the shot meter when you get to the ideal discharge window, you fix the Pro Stick in real time to reach the perfect centre aim stage," Wang explained. "The goal window resizes dynamically based on player ability, shooting selection, and just how well the shot is contested, and can also change into the right or left depending on the shooter's level of difficulty."
Wang stated in his blog post that a slew of signature defensive motion fashions were added to NBA 2K21, to complement the trademark dribble styles introduced in Buy MT 2K21. "In addition to this, motion has experienced several refinements, both without and with, to provide a more consistent and responsive feel on the rods," said Wang.
