Blizzard Reduces Price Of WoW Burning Crusade Classic Cloning Fee After Player Outcry

World of Warcraft wotlk classic's upcoming character cloning feature will see price reductions in response to a user's outcry. The cost of copying an individual character to ensure it can be used in the WoW Classic Realms as well as the coming Burning Crusade Classic realms will now be $15, a reduction from the initial announcement of $35 Blizzard previously announced.

The existing WoW Classic worlds are going to automatically convert in the Burning Crusade expansion with the launch to the Burning Crusade pre-patch on May 18. The day after players must select on a character-by-character basis whether they want to participate onWOW WoTLK Classic Gold Burning Crusade servers or to move onto Classic Era realms which won't be able to progress to the next expansion. Cloning a character in exchange for the cost of the fee allows that character to play on both game versions.
